1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are between you ("User" or "Member") and 96vin ("Platform", "we", "us"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or access any part of the 96vin platform via our website or mobile app.
